ReStory Online Orders Guide: Deadlines & Reputation
Online orders are a core daily loop in ReStory: customers mail devices in, you repair them on a deadline, and your reputation grows. This guide explains how the system works.

How online orders work
-
Orders arrive on your computer
Each day you can take a limited number of online orders (up to 11 per day).
-
You get a deadline
Orders carry a 3-day deadline — deliver on time or lose reputation.
-
Repair and ship
Fix the device with the normal repair loop and deliver it.
-
Reputation grows
Successful orders build reputation, which drives more customers and unlocks content.
How to keep reputation high
Take fewer orders than you can actually finish — speed beats volume early.
Prioritize orders with tight deadlines first.
Never take an order you cannot repair yet (missing tools or parts).
Use the notebook so you do not waste time re-opening devices.
What hurts reputation
Missing deadlines — the customer is unhappy and reputation drops.
Delivering a sloppy repair (uncleaned or wrongly assembled device).
Cancelling orders you already accepted.
